Vacuum Planetary Mixer Introduction

Vacuum Planetary Mixer is professionally designed according to the ointment manufacturing process of cosmetics and ointments etc. Products through introducing advanced technology from Japan. The machine unit is composed of pretreating boiler, vacuum emulsifying and blending tank, vacuum pump. Hydraulic system, tilting system, electric control system and work platform etc. The machine unit is featured by easy operation, stable performance, good homogenizing performance, high production efficiency, convenient cleaning, reasonable structure, small land area and high automatic degree etc. customer can choose steam heating or electrical heating for heating the tank. we use Panasonic or Schneider converter for speed adjustment.

Vacuum Planetary Mixer Performance & Feature:

1. Complex scraper is suitable to every kind of complicated recipe and achieves better effect;

2. PTFE scraper caters to body of chamber and scrape out viscosity material on boiler wall;

3. Homogenizer is installed on tank bottom to increase motor power more thoroughly and strongly.

4. Tank body and pipe surface mirror polishing 300EMSH (sanitation grade) accords with Daily Chemical and GMP regulation.

5. Customer can choose inverter for homogenizer speed control and highest rotate speed is 3500 r/min

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:

· Slow mixer 10-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 1150-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation

Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine

Vacuum system:

· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump

After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.

The contact part of vessel and material is made from SUS316L material .Mirror finish of the inside surface is 400EMSH. In products of Germany Siemens Company, the button is produced by Japan Fuji Company, the transducer is the product of Panasonic Electric Industries and the electro-control part is the product of Siemens Company .The machine is made completely according to the GMP request , which is the most advanced and most perfect cream production equipment.
